The data you provide through our forms (name, email, project description and attachments) is processed solely to handle your request, quote or order. It is not shared with third parties except where legally required or to deliver the service (payment and shipping). You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection by writing to us.

Purchase conditions

Purchases are governed by the conditions shown on each product page: made-to-order production with an estimated delivery time of approximately 30 to 60 days, full payment in advance when placing the order, and shipping added separately (€30 per bust and 7% of the price for life-size pieces), to mainland Spain only. As the pieces are handcrafted and personalised, the right of withdrawal does not apply except for manufacturing defects or transport damage.

Intellectual property

The photographs, texts and sculptures shown are the studio's own work. The characters depicted belong to their respective owners; pieces are made as handcrafted, made-to-order fan art.

Conditions

Production and lead times

Pieces are made to order. The estimated delivery time is approximately 30 to 60 days from the order date, always depending on the current order volume: it can be brought forward or delayed, and any change is communicated by email.

Payment and reservation

Payment is made in full and in advance when placing the order.

Shipping

Shipping is quoted separately from the piece price. We offer several options: express or standard delivery, with or without insurance. Custom packing in a rigid box with foam. Large-format pieces may require special transport, whose cost is confirmed before dispatch.

Returns

As these are handcrafted, made-to-order and personalised pieces, returns for change of mind are not accepted, except for manufacturing defects or transport damage reported with photos within 48 h of delivery.

Unique pieces

Every sculpture is hand-painted, so slight variations from the photographs may exist. They are part of the handcrafted character of the piece, not a defect.

Fine print on shipping: the shipping cost shown is indicative and may increase depending on the destination, volume, weight, access difficulty at the delivery address or carrier incidents. Any change will always be communicated to the customer through the contact details provided before the shipment goes ahead.
